Beleive it or not ...I was in the general area at approximately that same
general time frame.....not possible for me to get any closer......driving a
38thousand pound seventy foot long rig kinda limits my choice of stopping
places......plus I had been "off line" for quiet some time and was unaware
of precise details.....
