I hold that all rights are property, as such privacy is property, and no one
shall deprive me of my property without due process.
Am open society is a "looks good on paper" idea, however who will protect us
from those who protect us ?
If we are to strictly enforce the letter of the law, as opposed to arbitrary
enforcement and prosecution biased toward the ambiguous promotion of state
interests, then many of the so called laws we are now under will become
immediately un-enforceable because of gross conflicts between the sessions
laws and their codifications.
