Well, cameras are less and less becoming truth. It is now so easy to
convincingly manipulate video images that I routinely have to tell my kids
to question everything they see on TV, even realistic-looking dinosaurs
walking around a realistic setting on an educational channel.
But on the whole, I've made my views on surveillance very clear already so I
won't go into it again other than to say that I agree whole-heartedly that
truth is good.
