The only errors are by omission. The types of meat compared against are
typically corn-fed farm raised sources. I've found that no matter what the
animal, raising it on corn is going to turn it into a dietary killing machine
(that includes raising a human being on corn). The meat cooking methods
disparaged are grilling and frying, which are obvious no-nos. Thats why I prefer
the range or 'organic' grown farm animals, but only if I cannot find (or catch
myself) wild sources of protein. Moose, caribou, deer, grouse, woodcock, duck,
pheasant, goose, trout, salmon, tuna, lobster, shrimp, clams, mussels, ostrich,
wild turkey, beaver, muskrat, and bear are all very healthy sources of protein
that I've used in the past year, and have made up at least 50% of my meat intake
in total. My cholesterol is below normal.
