The FAQ is an extraordinary document. I want to thank everyone who
contributed to the document. Especially though, I'd like to thank Nick
and others for taking the time out of their busy schedules to craft the
large amount of discourse the prospect of the FAQ generated a few months
ago into a succinct, accessible document.
