Hmm, the closest thing to an extropian theology would probably be Tipler's Omega Point theory, which however is in serious trouble now due to the results suggesting an open universe (but at least it is a theology falsifiable by science). Teilhard de Chardin might be seen as a similar attempt from the other side, although in his case his paleontology is very dated.
