Unfortunately, this does not work for everyone. I eat a vegetarian diet,
and I have almost 30% body fat, I carry 210 pounds on my 5'10" frame,
and I am about 25-30 pounds overweight. I also work out extremely hard
three times a week. What I don't do is eat less than I feel like.
