[BOOK] "Gaviotas, a village to reinvent the world"

I am personally delighted to see so many responses to the list
from outside the U.S in the last 24 hours. While I don't
necessarily agree with everything that's being said, it is good,
and I would argue vital to get fresh input from a more global
perspective.

I would like to recommend to everyone on the list a book I've just
started reading, "Gaviotas, a village to reinvent the world." by
Alan Weisman. It is about an intentional community created in the
eastern savannas of Columbia. It is newly published, I got an
advance readers copy from the folks at REALGOODS.
