Self Esteem

A friend of mine was flipping through one of my Extropy magazines, and
noticed a review of a book with a title something like "The Six Principles
of Self Esteem." He is interested in a reading a book on the subject...
are there any suggestions as to which book (including this one) is the best
on the subject?
