The most recently I've come across someone reaching this conclusion
from *current* data was about five years ago.
I used the info once... some doofus was posting to newsgroups asking
for pointers to kiddie porn web sites... so I gave him the IP address
of the FBI's server, with appropriate verbiage to make it sound
interesting.
