(which will never work but sound good on paper). Armey is simply trying to
seize an issue that the American public pay attention to in the hope that he
can score some political brownie points. >>
Currently I am aware of two basic propsed changes to the current mess.
One is a flat tax (armey proposal?)
The other is a consumption tax.
Both are proposed as being replacements for the current mess. I happen to
favor the consumption tax.
Why do you think it is inane?
