This is already happening now. There are a lot of programming tools
available now for different jobs and at different levels. The problem is
that nobody knows yet how the ideal tools should be. We are nowhere near
the end of the development.

The easiest way to see it, is in the increasingly larger percentage of
programmers doing _scripting_ instead of _programming_ to get the work
done.
