I was under the impression that most modern Luddites were so for Religious
reasons. I tend to associate the Right more with conservatism and
status-quoism. Most of the anti-cloning fear seems to be tied in with
anti-contraception, anti-abortion, anti-family planning, anti-safe sex,
anti-free sex, anti-alternate sex, and all the other
anti-reproductive/sexual options spouted by the Right more than the Left.
