Did you get permission to use every thing you have ever used?
Who created the food you eat, the air you breathe, the water you drink,
The temperature you feel, the sights you see, the sounds you hear.
Mind you I am talking about work products
and not nessesarily patented work products
for the patent is only a symbol of work product which all things have.

> Not having a system of protections
>would give people right to BENIFIT from work of others.

United Nations':
Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Article 27:
Section 1:
Everyone has right to freely participate in cultural life of community,
to enjoy arts
and to share in scientific advancment and it's BENEFITS.

>patents expire giving others right to benefit from advancement,
>but also giving individual(s) their just rewards.

Meanwhile my human rights are violated.
