Descartes, logically, should be possessivized as Descartes's
(Day-cart's) and spelled in the first place as Daikart's. Chalmers,
logically, should be Chalmer's because that's what everybody
instinctively writes, and frankly I think nobody has any business with a
last name that ends in 's' anyway. To hell with these bloody rules;
everyone knows I'm smart enough to follow them. Who invented this
cockamamy language? What earthly difference does it make? To perdition
with this language and "it's" inconsistent rules! To think that I ever
cared about it enough to win spelling bees!

Death to English and the horse it rode in on!
Fire and flood shall pursue the grammar teachers of America!
The reign of stupidity is over!
