### I'm afraid it might be quite difficcult if not impossible to maintain
large muscle mass on CR. One of the endocrine changes that occur is a
reduction in the production of testosterone, which normally has a potent
anabolic effect and allows men to maintain more muscle than women do. I'd be
wary of supplementing testosterone while on CR, although I don't have any
information on it.
