He's the only person I'm aware of who has proposed a "real" computer
that consumes significantly more power than a Matrioshka Brain and has
slighly greater processing capacity. (See Pg. 12 of his Reversibility
in optimal scalable computer architectures paper [use the PS format,
not the PDF].)
