I believe that this was faked by the landoverbaptist.com site as part of the
joke. When I visited earlier, it said something like "Uptight, bitter
Christians who bought this book also bought...." When I checked the page,
it was not being loaded from Amazon as similar sections on other booksites
are. The biggest clue was that the other books went to other sites and
didn't go to Amazon where they would get the money if a purchase was made.
