What about giving males the ability to experience the joys of pregnancy?

As a matter of fact, "we" (as in my wife and I) are pregnant with our first
child. Being the SNAG that I am, I would gladly exchange bodies with my wife
during her pregnancy, crazy hormones and all. Maybe the artificial womb
could be designed for males only. Maybe the paternal child could be made as
a clone.

As for the experience of giving birth, or even breastfeeding for that
matter, that would take a lot of estrogen and surgery. I don't mind adding a
womb to my body, but tearing me a new vagina that seems too small for
birthing anyway does not sound very appealing. A caesarian hatch-door on my
tummy will do quite nicely.

cheers,
    Simon
