For those folks that want to see another example of real-world,
close-quarters, high-stress, situations of men and women successfully
working together and getting their jobs done: please talk with the
scientists working in Antarctica. They typically work in extremely
close quarters three months (or more) at a time. The managers of those
teams know very well how to make the difficult situation work well.
