The 85 do not intentionally attack members of the 15 who are not either
actual murderers or emgaged in training for the privilege. That puts the 85
at a disadvantage, as for those who subscribe to the ideology of xenophobic
murder, there are no innocents (witness the WTC atrocity); for them, all of
the 85 are fair game, regardless of the positions they adopt 9short of
militant defection). But it is a disadvantage we must absorb as long as we
can; it is a price we must pay for possessing something our adversaries
lack; namely, a functional and pragmatic conscience.
