Snoopware will have to find physical entry (unless it is carried tick-like
on yourself, and then falls off). We have cheap, high-resolution CMOS sensors
which can detect motion in a retina-like fashion.
Such a thing coupled to a MEMS mirror galvanometer and a powerful semiconductor
laser could make a windowframe an impenetrable barrier to flying insects.
Kinda like a fly/mosquito Star Wars. Should be fun to watch.
