Egads, though, I wrote the wrong URL; it's:
"http://www.python.org/" ... org instead of com.
Do check it out, especially the tutorials. You
can teach yourself Python from that alone. Of
course, there are a number of good Python
books being published now (still few enough that _I've
read all of them_), including Wesley Chun's
excellent *Core Python Programming*.

As for PostgreSQL, check out the Great Bridge website:
"http://www.greatbridge.com/".

While we're at it, learn some Apache:
"http://www.apache.org/".
