You know, this is not neccessarily unachievable. If you are talking
small 0.5 mm flechettes (or smaller) you could possibly work up enough
charge for one of these by dragging your feet across a carpet... or if
its 'just' a pen, make the ink toxic, and have it sqirt its ink in a
mass discharge when 'fired'...
Now, I have seen pepper spray pens already, which looked pretty cool,
except the cap interface was IMHO poorly made so the caps have a
tendency of falling off and getting loose easily.
