I saw the movie a while back on DVD. I've seen it twice more since.
The first time I was utterly fascinated by its depiction of highly
advanced VR and its effects on the human mind and the reality within
reality within reality twists and turns. The second time I was more
fascinated with the way the VR was apparently advancing withing the VR.
The third time I was taken by the sociological implications and the
fight of humans to make sense of the changes wrought and the psychotic
fantasy embodiment within the VR.
It is a very masterful movie with many levels of interest, some of which
I am sure I haven't really noticed yet. Highly recommended.
