Well, Spike, there was at one time talk about tattooing a dotted line
around the neck, labeled "cut here"...
Unfortunately, I think they are even less likely to pay attention to a
tattoo, especially because the are fashionable these days. Besides,
the SS gave medical information tattoos something of a bad name...
