According to some of the reports Doug Skrecky has forwarded to
the list in the last few years, exercise is considerably more
important than obesity in determining longevity. Take a look at
a study which showed that having poor cardiovascular fitness almost
doubled your risk of death, while being fat made virtually no difference.
