It appears that they haven't actually received $6m. They
are conducting a direct public offering (one may buy
shares directly from the company rather than from an
underwriter, the shares aren't traded on any exchange)
that may raise a maximum of $6m.
Anyone have an opinion of CalMec or any of the people
involved? I can't find much public information apart from
their cheesy website, <http://www.calmec.com/>.
