Such people should be executed. They are too dangerous to let out on the
general prison population, much less society. But apparently, we do let them
out. That being the case, I would like to see miniature cameras permanently
mounted to their persons. Even if we did manage to keep guns out of their
hands, I doubt it would have much impact on their tendency to rape, rob, and
murder.
