That actually happened to us. It was the NT machine's fault.

Other signs which actually happened to me, personally:

You accidentally refer to your house as a "home page".

You see an underlined URL in a newspaper and you reflexively tap on it
to go there.

You read an interesting paragraph in a book and want to add it to your
quotes file, so you drag your finger over the paragraph to select the text.
