I give my <<HOOT>> for Tallinn. I made a trip there in Summer 1996 and
observed, like many Eastern European cities, a mix of old/new culture,
architecture, ideas. Beautiful. If you like sweaters, they have a
special street market for great woolen ones. For me personally, the
kicker was my hotel's elevator, which offered me butterflies (ticklishly
refreshing) everytime I rode it. The fastest elevator rides of my life
have been in Tallinn.
