One also doesn't have to be "very intelligent" to solve problems, monkeys and
rats do ti all the time. One needs a modicum of intelligence to get a sense
of humor.

Solving problems is viewed as intelligence by a community of science/software
programmers who often are unsure of any other way to describe intelligence
beyond software capabilities.
