Thanks to all who helped educate me on the info challenge.
In retrospect, the question is too easy: the sitch calls for Charlie
to trust Bravo, otherwise Charlie has no way of knowing Alpha
and Bravo are not the same person. If Charlie *does* trust Bravo,
then Charlie could send the info in an email enclosure and tell Bravo
not to open the enclosure if s/he doesnt want to know the info. If
Bravo is trustworthy, then this is as good as encryption. If Charlie
trusts Bravo enough to willingly tell Bravo the info [had Bravo
asked] then everything works. If Charlie is *unwilling* to trust
Bravo with the info, then s/he would not pass it to the unknown
Alpha. spike
