There _is_ such a thing, and many of us DO practice it: Calorie restriction

Too strong, but if you replace "has any pos. health ben. at all" with "has a
pos. effect on the aging process," you are correct, with the POSSIBLE exception
of PBN (and the effect appears to be very small).
