Wow, Amara, I didn't think anyone wrote books in TeX anymore. The
publishing people all look at me weird when I tell them I use Ventura,
like I'm some neanderthal, even though version 8 is actually more
capable, powerful, and versatile than Quark and Pagemaker (and its a
windows app now too...)
