Pain and death of eaten animals don't seem to lower GWP, if you don't
count the animals, and they can't hurt you back. Gladiator fights
would probably increase entertainment spending; killing off people
advocating voluntary simplicity, may increase GWP as well.
Inequality of income and social positions also causes some suffering,
but it gives people more incentives to produce...
