Another, earlier version is my story `Coming Back' (F&SF, Dec 1982, first
published in Oz in slightly different form around, um, 1967...) Did *GD*
pay royalties? Nah, but then other writers had got there even earlier than
I did. Like, we all just keep finding ourselves going back and writing the
same story, again and again and...
