I may be mistaken but i seem to recall an editorial comment of Forward's some
years ago mentioning something of the sort. Something to the effect that he
wasn't going to repeat A.C. Clark's mistake relative to the geosynch sats. so
he was going to stay mum on the specifics for a while.
I'm hopeing it works out for him....and us..
