well I don't know which one should be the most effective, but I could suggest a
libertarian organization, or probably the drug reform coordination network
(www.drcnet.org) or the multidisciplinary association of psychedelic studies
(www.maps.org) I suppose it'd be better if he goes to these internet sites and
makes a desicion based on what he sees
