In Rand's case, though, her personality traits had little to do, IMHO, with
her atheism. Even though she claimed to be an atheist, her overall concern
was not with promoting atheism per se but with promoting (and controlling
the promotion of) her particular philosophy, Objectivism. Granted,
Objectivism is an atheist philosophy. Still, atheism is derived from its
core principles -- not vice versa.
