Has anyone taken a look at

I've been wanting an app like this for a long time,
it is what I think of when people talk about a
Personal Digital Assistant. It would be a reason for me
to buy some mobile computing equipment. Does anyone
know how real this is and is anything like it being done in the
US. And of course, what are the investment opportunites?
