I believe that heroin is more expensive than MDMA as well, so it's hard to
imagine that anyone would put it in pills to replace a cheaper substance. It
also has near-opposite effects...I've heard this heroin scare before but don't
believe it. Just like the strychnine that was always supposed to be in LSD
tabs...
