Hell, in California we elected a *tax collector* as governor. Does that
make any sense? This year Cal has *many billions* in tax surplus. When
that happened before, our previous governor would stop the bullshit and
send the money back to those to whom it belongs. I dont think such a
notion has even occurred to the current governor. He and his gang in
Sacramento are cheerfully dreaming of ways to spend the ill gotten
